Project Manager - Data governance program

- Project management to coordinate and deliver the yearly objectives and drive the best data governance practices and maintain high data quality standards.
- Manage data loads from production with ability to “transparent down / reload / restore” for test cycles.
- Ability to proactively engage with different stakeholders and manage various engagements across project, facilitating discussions, gathering requirements and ensuring proper coordination for the various data governance initiatives.
- Ability to coordinate test data generation across multiple applications with referential intrigrity.
- Provide reporting on program progress, challenges and coordinate the monthly governance meetings and providing regular updates to the leadership team and the stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate the delivery and generation of test data to multiple test environments and releases across multiple workstreams,



including test data partitioning with referential integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience presenting data to cross-functional teams and/or management
- Data Quality Management- Monitor and improve the Data quality controls, working closely with teams to identify the issues, fixes and establish long term solutions.
- Tracking Progress using tools Jira and Confluence and managing tasks of Agile ceremonies and managing Agile boards in JIRA to track progress efficiently and generating dashboards.
- Define and track milestones to ensure the program moves properly with no impediments and delivery on time.
