Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce/catalogue operations, marketplace operations, Trust & Safety, compliance operations, KYC/KYB, content/data moderation, or similar operational roles, with strong experience in team leadership, catalogue governance, quality management, and escalations.

REQUIREMENT FOR DIGICATALOG ADMIN

Key Responsibilities

- Own the day-to-day administration, governance, quality, and operational integrity of DigiCatalog.
- Oversee brand and catalogue verification operations, ensuring submissions are accurately reviewed within defined SLAs.
- Lead and manage Catalog & Brand Verification Operators.
- Review operator decisions, resolve escalations, and provide continuous feedback, coaching, and training.
- Own complex cases involving:
- Brand ownership
- Product verification
- Duplicate products and variants
- Product claims
- Compliance
- Supporting documentation
- Act as the operational escalation point for ambiguous, high-risk, and disputed cases.
- Ensure operational decisions are supported by appropriate evidence and documented properly.
- Ensure regulatory and certification requirements such as FSSAI, BIS, AGMARK, and category-specific requirements are followed correctly.
- Manage user access, roles, permissions, and administrative controls in accordance with governance policies.
- Monitor catalogue quality, verification queues, rejection patterns, rework, SLA performance, and other operational metrics.
- Identify recurring operational issues and areas requiring intervention.
- Maintain strong audit, governance, and documentation discipline for approvals, rejections, overrides, and escalations.
- Define, maintain, and improve SOPs, review guidelines, quality standards, and escalation processes.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering,



and Operations teams to identify platform issues and improve workflows.
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual intervention through improved processes, automation, and platform capabilities.
- Oversee AI-assisted workflows and determine when human review or intervention is required.
- Maintain high standards of integrity and accountability while managing sensitive business information and administrative access.

Who Can Apply?

- Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace, catalogue, Trust & Safety, compliance, KYC/KYB, content moderation, or similar operations.
- Prior experience leading or supervising an operations team.
- Experience reviewing the quality and accuracy of team decisions.
- Strong understanding of brands, SKUs, product attributes, categories, variants, and product identifiers.
- Strong analytical judgement and ability to handle complex or ambiguous cases.
- Experience with operational governance, SOPs, SLAs, escalations, audits, and process controls.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and web-based administrative tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Comfortable managing AI-assisted operational workflows and identifying cases requiring human intervention.

- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, GeM, or ONDC.
- Large-scale marketplace operations experience.
- Catalogue or Trust & Safety team leadership.
- Brand/Trademark Verification experience.
- FSSAI, BIS, AGMARK compliance experience.
- GST/KYC/KYB operations.
- FMCG, grocery, electronics, or consumer product catalogue management.
- Experience with product data governance and quality management.
- Experience in digital commerce or marketplace ecosystems.

Mandatory Project Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in e-commerce/catalogue, marketplace, Trust & Safety, compliance, KYC/KYB, content moderation, or related operations.
- Experience leading or supervising operations teams.
- Experience managing catalogue/product/brand verification processes.
- Experience handling complex and escalated cases with evidence-based decision-making.
- Strong understanding of SKUs, product attributes, categories, variants, brands, and product identifiers.
- Experience managing SOPs, SLAs, quality audits, escalations, and operational governance.
- Experience monitoring operational metrics and identifying quality/rework trends.
- Experience with regulatory/compliance requirements is preferred.
- Experience working with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders.
- Experience handling sensitive business information and administrative access with solid accountability.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Commerce, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
