Presales Leadership & Business Development

- Own the end-to-end presales cycle – opportunity qualification, solution positioning, RFP/RFI response, demos, and proposal defense.
- Partner with sales teams to define GTM strategies and achieve business growth targets.
- Develop and present value propositions, ROI models, and business case justifications.
- Build solid relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and influence key buying decisions.
- Contribute to pipeline generation, account mining, and strategic pursuits.

Business & Functional Consulting

- Lead requirement analysis, impact assessment, feasibility studies, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Provide consulting-led sales support in areas like Digital Twin, Digital Thread, and PLM transformation roadmaps.
- Position PLM effectively against ERP, CRM, MES, BPM, and DMS systems.
- Advise customers on best practices and implementation strategies for PLM adoption.

Solution Expertise & Thought Leadership

- Bring deep expertise in PLM project types – Migration, Enterprise Integration, Upgrade, CAD Integration, Dashboards/KPIs.




- Lead cross-functional teams to design tailored 3DX solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor for clients by aligning PLM capabilities with business goals.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, customer events, and partner workshops.
- Mentor and coach presales consultants/functional consultants within the team.

Expected Skills

- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 12–18 years of experience in PLM domain, with at least 5+ years in presales leadership / consulting sales.
- Strong expertise in Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE (ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA, SIMULIA) PLM portfolio.
- Proven track record of winning large/complex PLM deals through presales and consulting leadership.
- Strong understanding of PLM positioning vs ERP, CRM, MES, BPM, DMS.
- Excellent executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Exposure to global enterprise clients in Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, or Life Sciences.
