3D Event Visualiser

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled 3D Event Visualiser to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualisations for events, exhibitions, stages, interiors, and other experiential projects based on client requirements and creative concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D event, exhibition, stage, and interior visualisations based on client requirements and event concepts.
- Develop 3D stage designs, LED wall layouts, backdrops, booths, stalls, and complete event environments.
- Prepare realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, animations, and presentation visuals for client approvals.
- Collaborate with event planners, creative designers, production teams, fabrication teams, and clients to develop and execute design concepts.
- Create and manage lighting, materials, textures, graphics, camera angles, and compositions to achieve realistic and visually appealing results.
- Prepare technical drawings, dimensions, elevations, layouts, and fabrication details for production and execution.
- Modify and refine designs based on client feedback and project requirements while maintaining design quality and deadlines.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure that designs are practical, accurate, and feasible for execution.




- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver projects within tight event schedules and deadlines.
- Maintain well-organised 3D models, textures, graphics, reference files, and project folders.
- Ensure all final designs meet the required creative, technical, and presentation standards.

- Good knowledge of scale, dimensions, materials, lighting, and real-world execution.
- Strong creative and visualisation skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to understand client briefs and convert concepts into professional 3D visuals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project and event deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates with experience in event production, exhibitions, stage design, or experiential design will be preferred.
