Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a 3D Printers Operator & Post-Processing Technician. The role involves operating and monitoring 3D printers, preparing print files, performing routine equipment checks, and resolving basic printer issues to ensure consistent print quality.

The technician will handle print production workflows, including material loading, calibration, and print scheduling, and will perform post-processing tasks such as cleaning, sanding, assembling, and finishing printed parts.



Day-to-day responsibilities include following production standards, maintaining detailed records of print jobs, coordinating with design and visualization teams, and ensuring that finished models meet aesthetic and functional requirements. The role also requires maintaining a clean, protected workspace and contributing to continuous improvement of printing and post-processing procedures.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Printing and Print Production for managing end-to-end 3D print workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support and Inkjet for troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of 3D printers and related equipment.
- Candidates should possess skills in Bindery or finishing processes for assembling, cleaning, and refining printed components.
- Experience with 3D printing technologies, materials, and post-processing tools (e.g., sanding, painting, adhesives) is beneficial.
- Ability to read and interpret 3D files and basic CAD models, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to follow safety protocols, and comfort working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Prior experience in a print production, manufacturing, or model-making role is an advantage.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in engineering, design, or a related field is preferred.
