We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Interior Designer to create realistic and visually appealing 3D designs for residential interior projects. The role involves transforming concepts and floor plans into detailed 3D visuals that help clients clearly visualize their future living spaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D interior models and photorealistic renders for residential spaces
- Develop layouts for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, and other interior areas
- Apply materials, textures, lighting, and furniture accurately to match design concepts
- Prepare 3D walkthroughs and still renders for client presentations
- Work closely with interior designers and project teams to understand client requirements
- Make revisions based on client and team feedback
- Ensure designs align with brand standards, budgets, and timelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a 3D Interior Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender,
or similar tools
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Lumion, Corona, or Enscape
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and lighting
- Ability to interpret 2D drawings and convert them into accurate 3D designs
- Attention to detail and strong visualization skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in residential/home interior projects
- Knowledge of modular kitchen and wardrobe design
- Ability to create 3D walkthrough animations
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field
