Role Description The 3D Designer will work full time on-site at HEXAGONBULL’s Mumbai location, collaborating with the creative and production teams to develop high-quality 3D visuals for events, exhibitions, and brand experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and designing 3D event layouts, exhibition booths, stage setups, and experiential spaces based on client briefs and brand guidelines. The role involves creating detailed 3D models, lighting, materials, and renders suitable for client presentations and internal approvals.

The designer will refine concepts based on feedback, ensure alignment with technical and production constraints, and prepare files and documentation for fabrication and on-ground execution.



Regular coordination with project managers, graphic designers, and vendors is required to maintain design accuracy, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in 3D design and visualization tools (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, KeyShot).
- Hands-on experience designing for events, exhibitions, retail environments, or experiential spaces, with an understanding of spatial planning and fabrication feasibility.
- Solid skills in graphic and visual design fundamentals, including composition, color, typography, and brand integration into 3D environments.
- Ability to interpret client briefs, conduct basic reference research, and translate concepts into clear 3D layouts, mockups, and presentation-ready visuals.
- Competence in working with technical drawings and collaborating with production, fabrication, and vendor teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design ideas clearly to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Relevant diploma or degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; prior agency or event industry experience is preferred.
