What you’ll do

- Manage a full 360 recruitment desk covering doctors and nurses within the UK healthcare market.
- Build and grow relationships with healthcare clients, understand their workforce needs and generate new vacancies.
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, social media, networking and direct outreach.
- Screen and qualify doctors and nurses against role requirements, availability, experience and career goals.
- Present suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, manage feedback and negotiate offers, rates and start dates.
- Work closely with compliance and operations teams to support pre-employment checks, documentation and deployment readiness.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, active talent pools, vacancy pipelines and timely candidate and client follow-ups.
- Deliver against activity, submission, interview,



placement, revenue and service-quality targets.
- Provide professional aftercare to strengthen retention, repeat business and referrals.
- Stay informed about UK healthcare recruitment trends, candidate availability and competitor activity.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have

- Experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within UK healthcare staffing for doctors, nurses or both.
- A practical understanding of the UK healthcare recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy generation and candidate sourcing through placement and aftercare.
- Strong business development, relationship management, negotiation and closing skills.
- Confident candidate sourcing and screening skills across job boards, databases, LinkedIn and direct outreach.
- Explicit written and verbal communication, with the ability to build credibility with healthcare professionals and client stakeholders.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple vacancies, candidates and deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM or applicant-tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
- A resilient, accountable and target-driven approach, balanced with a strong commitment to candidate care and service quality.
