About the Role

We are looking for highly creative and experienced professionals to join a leading Luxury Experiential Event & Design Agency in Mumbai.

The selected candidates will be responsible for developing innovative concepts, immersive environments, spatial designs, and visually compelling brand experiences across luxury events, corporate events, exhibitions, brand activations, product launches, retail experiences, and experiential campaigns.

1. Experiential Art Director

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and design direction for experiential events and brand experiences.
- Develop innovative concepts, creative narratives, mood boards, themes, and visual directions.
- Translate brand objectives into impactful physical and immersive experiences.
- Lead and mentor 3D designers, visualizers, graphic designers, and creative teams.
- Develop creative concepts for exhibitions, stage designs, brand activations, launches, retail experiences, and corporate events.
- Present concepts and creative solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with 3D, production, fabrication, account management, and execution teams.
- Ensure creative quality and consistency from concept development through final execution.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in experiential design, luxury events, technology, materials, and immersive experiences.
- Provide creative inputs during fabrication and on-site execution to ensure design intent is maintained.

1. Experiential 3D Event Designer

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality 3D concepts and visualizations for experiential events and brand activations.
- Design stages, exhibition booths, pavilions, experience zones, retail spaces, installations, and immersive environments.
- Develop detailed 3D models, layouts, renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
- Convert creative briefs and concepts into practical and visually compelling 3D designs.
- Work closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, production teams, and project managers.
- Ensure designs are technically feasible for fabrication and on-site execution.
- Develop realistic material, lighting, texture, and environmental treatments.
- Make design modifications based on client and creative team feedback.
- Support the production team with technical drawings, dimensions, and design specifications wherever required.

- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of spatial planning and event environments.
- Excellent understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and fabrication.
- Ability to create photorealistic renders and compelling design presentations.
- Strong understanding of stage, exhibition, retail, and experiential design.

Portfolio Requirement A strong portfolio is mandatory for both positions. The portfolio should demonstrate relevant experience in experiential event design, exhibitions, luxury activations, stage/set design, immersive environments, brand experiences, spatial design, and/or event visualization.
