- Develop customer analytics solutions including churn, loyalty and CLTV models

- Build and deploy machine learning models on Azure and/or GCP platforms

- Create scalable data pipelines and analytics workflows

- Partner with business stakeholders to solve strategic commercial challenges

- Lead analytical initiatives and mentor junior team members

The Successful Applicant

- 3-6 years of Data Science and Machine Learning experience





- Strong expertise in Python, SQL, predictive modeling and statistics

- Experience with Azure, GCP, Databricks, Azure ML, BigQuery or Vertex AI

- Solid stakeholder management and business communication skills

- Proven track record delivering measurable business outcomes
