About the Role

Ryvanta is seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2D & 3D Designer to transform creative concepts into accurate layouts, technical drawings, and high-quality visualizations for wedding and event projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with the design, production, and execution teams to ensure every concept is technically feasible, production-ready, and executed as envisioned.

Key Responsibilities1. 2D Layout Planning

- Prepare accurate venue layouts for all event functions.
- Develop detailed layouts for stages, mandaps, entrances, lounges, dining areas, bars, walkways, photo opportunities, and guest experience zones.
- Create production drawings with complete dimensions and specifications.
- Prepare fabrication drawings for structures and décor elements.
- Update layouts based on venue recce findings and client revisions.

1. 3D Visualization

- Develop high-quality 3D renders for client presentations.
- Create realistic visualizations showcasing décor, floral arrangements, lighting, furniture, fabrics, and styling elements.
- Modify renders based on client feedback and design updates.
- Maintain premium design and presentation standards across all visual outputs.

1. Technical Coordination

- Collaborate with the Design team to convert concepts into technical drawings.
- Coordinate with fabrication, production, lighting, floral, and execution teams to ensure technical accuracy.




- Prepare detailed working drawings for production and installation.
- Verify dimensions, scales, and specifications before fabrication begins.

1. Venue Recce & Site Measurements

- Conduct venue visits and take accurate site measurements.
- Verify venue layouts and identify production requirements.
- Update drawings according to actual site conditions and venue restrictions.
- Assist in planning production flow and installation sequences.

1. On-Site Execution Support

- Attend venue setup and event installations whenever required.
- Assist execution teams in interpreting layouts and technical drawings.
- Resolve layout-related and technical challenges during setup.
- Ensure fabricated structures are executed according to approved drawings.
- Conduct final quality checks before project handover.

1. Design Documentation

- Maintain organized records of layouts, drawings, renders, and revisions.
- Develop and manage a library of venue layouts and standard production drawings.
- Ensure proper project documentation for future reference.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed 2D layouts and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modelling.
- Experience with V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape for rendering.




- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for presentation enhancement and post-production.
- Understanding of event production, fabrication processes, materials, and structural detailing.
- Excellent visualization, space planning, and creative design skills.
- Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in 2D/3D Designing.
- Prior experience in wedding design, event production, exhibition design, interior design, architecture, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating technical drawings and realistic 3D visualizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for venue recce, site measurements, and event execution.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
