Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. This is a excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and HR coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting vacancies on recruitment portals.




- Support the HR team in day-to-day Talent Acquisition and recruitment activities.
- Maintain proper records of candidate communication and recruitment status.
- Assist with other HR-related activities and projects as required.

Requirements

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Comfortable making calls and communicating with candidates.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Prior internship or recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.
