About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace operations, primarily on Amazon and Flipkart.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of marketplace operations, product listings, inventory, orders, promotions, and Seller Central/Seller Hub.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations on Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

* Create and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.

* Monitor inventory, pricing, orders, returns, cancellations, and account health.

* Manage Amazon FBA, Easy Ship, and seller-fulfilled orders.

* Assist with Amazon Ads, deals, coupons, and promotions.

* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

* Handle marketplace cases, customer issues, and account-related concerns.

* Coordinate with design, warehouse, and operations teams.

* Track competitor pricing, keywords, and marketplace trends.

* Ensure product catalogues and marketplace information remain accurate.

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.

* Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.





* Understanding of product listing, catalogue management, orders, inventory, and returns.

* Basic knowledge of SEO, keywords, and listing optimization.

* Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets.

* Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Freshers may apply if they have hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or have managed an online store.

Preferred Skills

* Basic knowledge of Amazon Ads and marketplace promotions.

* Experience with FBA, Easy Ship, or seller-fulfilled operations.

* Basic knowledge of Canva or product-image coordination.

* Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or other marketplaces.
