We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Associates to join our International Insurance – Non-Voice Email Process in Gurgaon. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing accurate and timely resolutions through email communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and requests through email/non-voice communication.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain professional and clear written communication with customers.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions.
- Achieve defined productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective written communication.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of BPO experience is mandatory.
- Graduates and undergraduates can apply.
- Candidates should have good written English and communication skills.
- Writex: B1 & Above.
- NV Versant: 60+.
- Typing Speed: 25/90.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹3.70 LPA
- Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹22,000 per month
- MIV: ₹2,000
- Hike: Up to 30% on last CTC, subject to budget and eligibility
- Cab Facility: Both-side cab facility OR ₹4,000 cab allowance
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Week-Offs: 2 rotational week-offs
