Accountant – Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting and financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting entries, vouchers, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and maintain cash book, bank book, and general ledger.
- Perform regular bank reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and MIS reports.
- Maintain records of employee advances, recoveries, reimbursements, and other company expenses.
- Verify bills, invoices, supporting documents, and payment requests.
- Assist with salary-related accounting and payroll records.
- Handle GST-related accounting, invoice verification, and reconciliation.
- Assist in TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance-related accounting work.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks,



vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections when required.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all accounting work.
- Perform any other accounts and finance-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, Balance sheet will be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
