We are seeking a passionate, organized, and experienced Preschool Admission Counsellor/Admin to lead the academic planning and day-to-day educational operations of our preschool. The Admission Counsellor is responsible for leading the academic and day-to-day operations of the Preschool. The role ensures the effective implementation of the Early years curriculum, promotes child-centric learning, and creates a nurturing setting that supports the holistic development of every child. The Counsellor works closely with the Headmistress to maintain high academic standards and parent satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Parent Communication & Engagement

- Act as the primary point of contact for parent inquiries, feedback, and concerns.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, orientations, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, visitor management & administrative tasks.

Administration

- Maintain academic records, attendance, assessment reports,



and documentation.
- Ensure classrooms are well-equipped with age-appropriate teaching-learning resources.
- Coordinate with the Headmistress and other departments for smooth school operations.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety norms, and admission procedures.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. and ECCEd/NTT (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Admission Counselling/Admin in Preschool, with 2–3 years in an academic coordination or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Early Childhood Education practices, NEP 2020, and foundational learning principles.

Experience:

- Admission Counsellor (PRESCHOOL): 2 years (Preferred)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
