Key Responsibilities :-

- Receive dispatch requirements from Project / Site / Purchase teams.
- Check material availability before dispatch.
- Prepare Material Delivery Challan (MDC), Delivery Challan, Dispatch Note, Packing List, and other required documents.
- Verify material quantity, item description, model number, part number and specifications before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the Stores team for material picking, packing, labeling and loading.
- Arrange transportation as per project/site requirements.
- Ensure materials are dispatched to the correct project/site and recipient.
- Track dispatched materials and follow up until delivery confirmation.
- Maintain proper records of dispatched, delivered, pending and returned materials.
- Coordinate with the site team regarding material receipt and shortages/damages.
- Handle material return and replacement dispatches when required.




- Maintain dispatch-related data in Excel / ERP / inventory software.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of dispatch records.
- Prepare daily / weekly dispatch reports for management.
- Coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments regarding pending materials.
- Support stock reconciliation and physical verification whenever required.
- Ensure proper packaging and secure handling of sensitive ELV equipment.
- Follow company procedures for material movement and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
