We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our growing Presales team. The role involves engaging with high-net-worth (HNI) clients, presenting premium real estate offerings, and managing the complete pre-sales journey from initial customer interaction to successful site visit conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound and inbound customer calls efficientlyPresent and explain premium real estate projects clearlyManage the end-to-end pre-sales process (lead to site visit)Develop robust knowledge of project positioning, pricing & market trendsSchedule and coordinate site visits and presentationsMaintain accurate data in CRM systemsAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets (calls & conversions)Address customer queries and handle objections professionallyEnsure adherence to company policies, scripts,
