Job Discription

- Fit, assemble, and dismantle dies and molds according to engineering drawings and specifications.

- Inspect, test, and adjust completed dies to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.

- Conduct die maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize production downtime.

- Operate machines and hand tools such as grinders, milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders.

- Work with toolmakers, engineers, and production teams to modify dies as required.

- Ensure proper alignment and clearances of die components.

- Keep accurate records of die maintenance and repairs.

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

- Assist in the development and testing of current tooling and die components.

- Monitor tool performance during production and make necessary adjustments.
