We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented and relationship-focused Sales & Customer Relationship Manager who can drive business growth while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
JOB OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of this role is to generate and manage leads, convert prospects into clients, achieve sales and revenue targets, and build strong long-term client relationships.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey—from the first interaction with a prospect to conversion, onboarding, regular follow-up and relationship management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Generate recent leads through referrals, networking, calling, digital enquiries, existing databases and other approved channels.
Identify and develop prospective clients.
Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline.
Understand prospect requirements, financial objectives and service expectations.
Conduct systematic follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
2. Sales & Business Development
Convert qualified leads into customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
Conduct client meetings, presentations and product/service discussions.
Identify opportunities for additional business from existing clients.
Generate referrals and develop new sources of business.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients to improve conversion and retention.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the primary relationship point for assigned clients.
Understand client needs and coordinate with the internal team for appropriate solutions.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and review meetings.
Ensure timely resolution of client queries and service requests.
Maintain high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
Proactively contact clients regarding relevant service requirements and important follow-ups.
4. Lead & CRM Management
Record every lead and customer interaction accurately in the company's CRM / MIS.
Keep lead status, next action, follow-up date and conversion stage updated.
Ensure no qualified lead is left unattended.
Maintain complete customer records and documentation.
Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management.
Track lead sources, conversion ratios and business performance.
5. Client Retention & Business Expansion
Maintain regular engagement with existing customers.
Identify opportunities to increase client relationships based on genuine customer requirements.
Encourage client referrals through excellent service and relationship management.
Track inactive / dormant prospects and clients and initiate appropriate follow-ups.
Support the company in improving client retention and lifetime value.
6. Team Coordination
Coordinate with internal operations and service teams for smooth customer onboarding and servicing.
Follow up internally to ensure client requirements are completed within agreed timelines.
Share market feedback, customer feedback and sales insights with management.
Participate in sales meetings, review meetings and business planning activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
