Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a chat-blended customer support process. The selected candidates will handle customer interactions through chat and voice, provide appropriate resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat and voice support.
- Manage approximately 70% chat and 30% voice interactions.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain professional and effective communication.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction during every interaction.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass / Undergraduate.
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.




- Experienced candidates should have minimum 6 months experience in BPO or any Pvt. Ltd. company.
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.
- Good communication skills.
- Communication skill level 4+ preferred.
- Original 12th Marksheet required at the time of joining.
- Background Verification (BGV) will be conducted.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates should have good communication skills, a decent typing speed, customer-handling ability, and the confidence to work in a chat + voice blended process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
