Job Summary :-

Scent Factory is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager – Sales & Operations to oversee the sales and day-to-day operations of our multiple branches.

The role will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing branch operations, leading Store Managers and branch teams, maintaining inventory and operational controls, ensuring compliance, and supporting the successful opening of new branches.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and business management skills, with proven experience in multi-branch retail, perfume or similar operations.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple Scent Factory branches.
- Drive branch-wise sales and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor sales, productivity, profitability, and operational KPIs.
- Supervise and guide Store Managers and branch-level employees.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular branch visits, inspections, and operational audits.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, stock transfers, wastage, pilferage, and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper cash handling, billing, reconciliation, and internal controls.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Warehouse, Procurement, Marketing, and other departments.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, manpower planning, training, attendance, and employee-related matters.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and improvement measures.
- Plan and coordinate manpower, stock, systems, and other requirements for current branch openings.




- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, hygiene, and company requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports to management.
- Monitor operational expenses and ensure activities are managed within the approved budget.
- Support management in achieving overall sales, operational, and business objectives.

Requirements :-

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Sales & Operations Management.
- Experience in Perfume, Cosmetics /Retail, or Multi-Branch Operations is preferred.
- Perfume industry knowledge is an added advantage
- Proven experience managing multiple branches and teams.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of sales management, inventory control, branch operations, and performance monitoring.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel between branches as required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/business management systems will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
