Fabmart.com is an e-commerce player focused on sleep related products. Being an early player, we have seen quite a bit of traction and today we are India’s seller of premium mattresses online. We are on the verge of launching a private label of mattresses. This will be along the lines of Casper, which has been hugely successful in the USA. The company is run by a small but passionate team, which has been with the company since inception. This role involves working directly with the founder, who has significant experience in strategy consulting and private equity space offering enough learning opportunities

Job Description

This is a multidisciplinary role involving marketing, technology, and strategy. The right candidate will own the complete website and mobile app. In addition, he or she will be responsible for managing traffic through SEO or paid advertising (Adwords, Facebook marketing etc..)

Key responsibilities will include





- Take ownership of entire digital marketing initiatives to increase traffic and conversions
- Plan and manage various feature additions to the website to increase conversions

Technical skills

- 2-4 yrs over all experience in digital marketing, product management space
- Engineering degree from top tier engineering schools is compulsory
- Top tier MBA would be an added advantage.
- Experience in digital marketing would be a strong plus
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Social media marketing
- Front end programing experience is plus but not compulsory

Other skills

- Highly analytical
- Passionate about startups and any previous startup experience is a robust plus
- Strong written and oral communication skills
