# Senior UI/UX Designer

**Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field

**Location:** As per company requirement

## Job Summary

The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications. The role involves understanding user and business requirements and converting them into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences.

The position will also contribute to design systems, usability improvements, product consistency, and collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

## Key Responsibilities

### UI/UX Design

* Create and refine user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

* Translate user requirements and business needs into user journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

* Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and communicate design intent.

* Design responsive and adaptive interfaces with robust focus on usability and visual quality.

### User Research & Usability

* Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.

* Analyze user feedback, behavior, and interaction data to identify usability issues.

* Continuously improve designs based on research, testing, and feedback.

* Ensure designs follow user-centered design and accessibility principles.

### Design Systems

* Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company’s design system.

* Maintain consistency in typography, colors, iconography, components, and interaction patterns.

* Follow and promote UI/UX design standards and best practices across products.

### Collaboration

* Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.

* Present and explain design decisions during design reviews.





* Collaborate with development teams before and during implementation to ensure design accuracy and consistency.

* Understand technical limitations and provide practical design solutions.

### Innovation & Improvement

* Suggest creative solutions to improve product usability, visual identity, and overall user experience.

* Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, methodologies, and emerging technologies.

* Introduce relevant design techniques and best practices to improve design quality.

### Documentation

* Document design processes, guidelines, and design decisions.

* Maintain organized design files and workflows for effective collaboration and future product development.

## Required Skills & Competencies

* Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and delivered products.

* Proficiency in **Figma and Adobe XD**.

* Strong understanding of user-centered design and usability principles.

* Ability to create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

* Experience working with design systems.

* Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** for effective collaboration with developers.

* Strong visual design and attention to detail.

* Experience designing responsive and adaptive interfaces.

* Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to present and defend design decisions confidently.

* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

* Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

* Passion for creating intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly digital experiences.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

A candidate who combines strong visual design skills with user-centered thinking, understands product requirements, can work closely with technical teams, and is capable of taking a UI/UX project from research and ideation through prototyping, implementation, and continuous improvement

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
