- Assess patients on admission and record vital signs, medical history, nursing assessment, and presenting complaints.
- Provide nursing care to infants, children, adolescent girls, women, and post-operative patients according to their clinical needs.
- Monitor and document temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, pain, intake/output, and other relevant observations.
- Administer oral medications, injections, IV medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Observe patients for any deterioration or complications and immediately inform the doctor or senior nurse.
- Provide pediatric care including feeding assistance, medication administration according to weight, hygiene care, fever management, and monitoring of children.
- Provide gynecology and obstetric nursing care, including antenatal, postnatal, post-operative, and gynecological patient care as applicable to the ward.
- Monitor post-operative patients for pain, bleeding, wound condition, vital signs, and other complications.
- Assist doctors during gynecological examinations, procedures, dressings, and other clinical interventions.
- Provide wound care, dressing, catheter care, IV line care, drain care, nebulization, and specimen collection as required.
- Prepare patients for investigations, procedures, surgery, and discharge.
- Maintain proper medication charts, nursing notes, observation charts, intake/output records, and other patient documentation.
- Ensure proper patient identification before medication administration, procedures, investigations,



and blood transfusion.
- Educate patients and parents/attendants regarding medications, treatment, hygiene, nutrition, breastfeeding, child care, and discharge instructions.
- Provide emotional support to children, mothers, women, and family members, while maintaining privacy and dignity.
- Follow strict infection-control, hand-hygiene, biomedical waste management, and patient-safety protocols.
- Check and maintain the availability of emergency medicines, equipment, nursing supplies, and ward stock.
- Assist during emergency situations and resuscitation and follow hospital emergency protocols.
- Conduct proper shift handover and communicate important patient information to the incoming nursing team.
- Coordinate with doctors, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, OT, and other departments for patient care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursing station and patient-care area.
- Report medication errors, patient falls, infections, adverse events, and other incidents according to hospital policy.
- Participate in nursing audits, training programs, quality-improvement activities, and hospital meetings.
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and follow hospital rules, nursing standards, and skilled ethics.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
