Delivery In-Charge – Automobile Dealership

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring a smooth, timely, and professional vehicle delivery experience for customers while coordinating with Sales, PDI, Finance, Insurance, and RTO teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily vehicle deliveries as per customer commitments.
- Ensure all vehicle documents, accessories, insurance, registration, and billing formalities are completed before delivery.
- Coordinate with Sales, PDI, Workshop, RTO, Insurance, and Finance teams.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, properly prepared, and ready for customer delivery.
- Conduct final delivery checks and ensure all accessories are fitted as per the booking.
- Explain vehicle features, controls, warranty, service schedule, and basic maintenance to customers.
- Ensure proper handover of vehicle documents, keys, accessories, and delivery kits.
- Maintain delivery records, checklists, and MIS reports.




- Handle customer queries or concerns during the delivery process.
- Ensure adherence to dealership and OEM delivery SOPs.
- Coordinate delivery events and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Follow up for pending documentation and ensure timely closure of deliveries.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 2–5 years in automobile dealership/customer handling.
- Experience in vehicle delivery, sales coordination, or dealership operations preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Solid coordination and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of basic automobile features and dealership processes.
- Comfortable working under delivery targets and timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
