SALES COORDINATOR

Department: Sales & Business Development

Reports To: MD / Sales Head (for now)

Location: Silvassa / Dadra, India

Job Summary

CMC Textiles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage end-to-end sales coordination, evaluate gross margins on quotations and orders, generate new business leads, and manage existing client accounts through CRM. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in client servicing, pricing/margin analysis, and cross-department coordination to support consistent and profitable revenue growth. This role reports to the MD / Sales Head for now.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate sales operations across production, design, and dispatch teams for smooth, timely order processing and delivery.
- Evaluate and track gross margins on quotations, orders, and deals to support profitable pricing decisions.
- Generate and pursue new leads through market research, networking, and proactive outreach to expand the client base.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships (CRM) to maximize retention, repeat business, and account growth.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and offers, and follow up on order closures.




- Maintain and update CRM records for leads, prospects, and existing accounts, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Track monthly/quarterly sales targets, margin performance, and maintain sales and pipeline reports.
- Support promotional and marketing activities and client engagement initiatives.
- Liaise between sales, production, and finance teams to ensure timely and profitable order fulfillment.
- Report sales performance, margin analysis, and lead pipeline status to the MD / Sales Head.

Requirements

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Finance preferred.
- Experience in sales coordination, pricing/margin analysis, and CRM-based client management.
- Working understanding of costing and gross margin calculations.
- Proven ability to generate new business leads and convert them into accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software preferred.
