Pragma Systems is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our remote team. The selected candidate will assist with recruitment, candidate communication, interview coordination, and other human resources activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Post job openings on relevant job platforms and social media.
- Review candidate applications and resumes.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews and recruitment updates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR-related activities.
- Maintain basic recruitment and candidate records.
- Collaborate with the team and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Compensation
This is a performance-based internship and does not include a fixed monthly stipend. Compensation or incentives will be based on performance, completed work, successful outcomes, and agreed targets. Complete details will be discussed clearly with selected candidates.
