- Monitor and ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and statutory documentation (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
- Assist in internal audits and prepare compliance reports for management.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure they are communicated effectively across the organization.
- Track and update changes in employment laws and advise the HR team on necessary actions.
- Coordinate with external agencies, auditors, and government bodies for inspections or queries.
- Handle employee queries related to compliance, policies, and statutory benefits with empathy and clarity.

Desired Candidate

- 1–3 years of experience in HR compliance, HR operations,



or a related role.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain compliance matters in simple, transparent terms.
- A proactive mindset—anticipating compliance needs before they become issues.

Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
