Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Export Documentation with 2–5 years of relevant experience in Export/Import Documentation, preferably from the Agri, Food Export, Trading, Shipping or Logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Export Contracts, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, BL, COO, Phytosanitary Certificates and other export documents.
- Coordinate with Shipping, Logistics, Customers and internal teams.
- Ensure documentation complies with Customs, Export Regulations and Country-specific requirements.
- Handle documentation related to LC, export collections and banking.
- Maintain accurate export records and ensure timely completion of documents.
- Follow up with stakeholders and resolve documentation discrepancies.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on Export/Import Documentation experience.
- Valuable knowledge of Incoterms, Customs & Export Procedures.
- Understanding of Shipping & International Logistics.
- Knowledge of LC / Export Collections is preferred.
- Good MS Office and ERP knowledge.
- Good English communication and email-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of ChatGPT/Gemini is an added advantage.
- Candidates with a reliable career history and relevant industry experience are preferred.
