A leading Infrastructure company at Areekode, Malappuram, Kerala is looking for experienced MEP Engineers

Inviting applications from B.E. /BTech /M.E/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 3 - 5 years’ Experience in Residential and Commercial Projects

Roles and Responsibilities

· Experience in handling Residential Projects (Electrical and Plumbing works)

· Candidate should able to handle Planning, Coordination, Bill certifications, Drawings, Execution etc.

· Proven experience in electrical system design and implementation within the construction industry.

· Proficiency in using AutoCAD for electrical design and drafting.

· Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and conducting cost estimations and billing

· Familiarity with Design Schedule of Rates (DSoR) and its application in construction projects

· Should have experience in execution of High Rise residential buildings, Villas and Commercial buildings.

· Should have handled at least three or more projects from inception to end.

· Day-to-day management of the sites, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.

· At least two years of construction experience with working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, & plumbing.

· Checking plans,



drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations

· Knowledge to select the appropriate mechanical and electrical equipment, such as HVAC units, pumps, generators, electrical panels, lighting fixtures, etc. based on the design and load calculations.

· Hands on Experience in below :

1. wiring design, lighting design

2. Electrical maintenance

3. Panel supervising

4. Wiring & Load calculation

5. Testing and Commissioning

6. Electrical Power and Lighting

7. MEP designing

8. HVAC designing

9. AC & FIRE SAFETY

10 Fire Alarm Expertise

11 Energy Management

12 Plumbing

· Experience in preparing plans, details, specified and cost estimated of plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and general piping system

· Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider regarding installation and maintenance of MEP System

· Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
