Position: Fast Food & Chinese Cook

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of fast-food and Chinese dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare items such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli paneer, spring rolls, momos, soups, sandwiches, burgers, French fries, and other fast-food items.
- Maintain proper taste, presentation, portion size, and food quality.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare ingredients, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and other pre-cooking activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, cooking equipment, and work area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Check the quality and freshness of raw materials.
- Manage cooking during busy hours and complete orders on time.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members for smooth operations.




- Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
- Follow company policies, recipes, and instructions from the kitchen supervisor/manager.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of rapid-food and Chinese cooking.
- Ability to prepare multiple dishes efficiently.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Good speed and time management.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.
- Teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience as a Fast Food/Chinese Cook is preferred.

Working Conditions

- Full-time kitchen position.
- Flexible working hours/shifts may be required.
- Must maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness while working.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
