The Role:
Frontline Discovery: Initiate credible conversations with high-performing private bankers, assess fit, and move qualified talent up the pipeline.
Workflow & Pipeline Operations: Own CRM hygiene, manage scheduling cadences, coordinate follow-ups, and build scalable tracking systems.
