Job Responsibilities

- Showroom/branch-ൽ വരുന്ന customers-നെ welcome ചെയ്യുകയും assist ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യുക.
- Customer-ന് ആവശ്യമായ product & service ശരിയായ രീതിയിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കുക
- Dispatch ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് products check & verify ചെയ്യുക.
- Correct product & quantity ആണെന്ന് ഉറപ്പാക്കുക.
- Online orders manage ചെയ്യുക.
- Online ആയി വരുന്ന customer enquiries/messages check ചെയ്ത് reply ചെയ്യുക.
- Orders-ന്റെ status follow-up ചെയ്യുക.
- Warehouse, Sales & Delivery team-മായി coordinate ചെയ്യുക.
- Dispatch & online orders-ന്റെ basic records maintain ചെയ്യുക.




- Customers-നോട് professional & friendly ആയി communicate ചെയ്യുക.
- Branch-ന്റെ smooth operations-ന് ആവശ്യമായ മറ്റ് activities-ൽ support ചെയ്യുക.

ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്

- Valuable communication skill ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
- Malayalam & basic English communicate ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയണം.
- Basic computer knowledge ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
- Online orders/messages handle ചെയ്യാൻ അറിയണം.
- Products check ചെയ്യുന്നതിൽ ശ്രദ്ധയും responsibility-യും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കണം.
- Team-മായി നല്ല രീതിയിൽ coordinate ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയണം.

Manjeri & nearby local candidates will be preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
