Job description

- Study the project documents (Tender Copy, Offer Copy, Design estimation Sheets, Quote Working Sheets, Quote request form, Commercial approval request and Purchase order/Work order/LOI) in totality for issuing the job number
- Find out the discrepancy in project document and resolve the same by coordinate with all concern departments.
- Keep a track of required approvals (e.g. Colors for sheeting & structural paint, drawings,) from client
- Prepare complete project schedule for project monitoring
- Co-ordinate with engineering for timely shop release as mention in monthly plan
- Keep a track on credit clearance (L.C., due payments)



for releasing the project to shop floor & providing dispatch clearances.
- Support to sales team in monthly collection plan by Tracking of payment outstanding and milestone billing
- Provide the inputs for project priority during shop floor releases, production planning procurement planning and shipment of finish goods
- Co-ordinate with engineering to get the detailed material estimation and track the actual release tonnages with respect to the quoted tonnages.
- Keep a track on actual dispatches and project closing, highlight the issue if any for timely resolution.
