We are looking for motivated, responsible and experienced candidates to join our team for the following positions:

1. E-Commerce Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace operations
- Manage product listings, catalogue updates and content corrections
- Handle online orders, inventory and stock updates
- Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho and other online platforms
- Monitor sales, orders, returns and cancellations
- Manage pricing, offers and promotional updates
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for operational issues
- Support e-commerce advertising and sales activities
- Prepare sales and marketplace performance reports
- Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, sales and other internal teams
- Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution
- Support overall e-commerce growth and marketplace performance

Requirements:

- Previous experience in e-commerce / marketplace operations
- Good knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
- Experience in product listing, inventory and order management
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and tasks




- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho or similar platforms will be preferred

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience, skills and suitability.

2. E-Commerce Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle daily e-commerce operations
- Product listing and catalogue management
- Update pricing, stock and product information
- Process and monitor online orders
- Coordinate order fulfilment and dispatch
- Monitor returns and cancellations
- Coordinate with marketplace teams
- Support promotional and sales activities
- Maintain e-commerce reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in e-commerce preferred
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces
- Good computer and Excel skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks

Salary:
Negotiable based on experience, skills and suitability.
