Job Title: Data Mining Executive
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Data Mining Executive to join our team for the US Shift. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in data mining, lead generation, and web research. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and maintaining high-quality business data to support sales, marketing, and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify targeted companies and decision-makers based on project requirements.
- Generate qualified B2B leads using online research and various databases.
- Collect accurate contact details including names, job titles, email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company information.
- Perform data mining through search engines, company websites, business directories, and professional networking platforms.
- Verify and validate collected data to ensure high accuracy and quality.
- Update and maintain CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal databases.
- Remove duplicate, outdated, or incorrect records.
- Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand lead requirements.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of company data.
- Prepare reports on completed work and data quality metrics.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Mining, Lead Generation, or Web Research.




- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn, Google Search, company websites, ZoomInfo, Apollo, RocketReach, Crunchbase, or similar lead generation tools.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
- Understanding of B2B databases and prospect research.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working in the US market.
- Familiarity with email verification tools such as NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, or Hunter.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms is an added advantage.
