What you'll own:
→ Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads — plan, launch, optimise
→ Lead generation across diverse niches, not one repetitive category
→ Daily eyes on CTR, CPC, CPA and ROAS, plus what to actually do about them
→ A/B tests on creatives, copy and landing pages
→ Weekly and monthly client reports that explain the "why", not just the numbers
What we're looking for:
- 1+ year of hands-on performance marketing (agency background preferred)
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Pixel setup
- Someone who argues with data, not opinions
- Solid written and spoken English
- Able to work on-site from our Noida office
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
