JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled 3D Print Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with 3D printing technologies, CAD designing, model preparation, printer operation, and post-processing. The role involves working closely with design, engineering, and R&D; teams to develop high-quality prototypes and printed components while ensuring print accuracy, efficiency, and quality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate and maintain 3D printers including FDM, SLA, SLS, and other technologies.
- Create, modify, and optimize CAD designs and 3D models for printing.
- Prepare and troubleshoot design files to achieve high-quality prints.
- Select suitable materials such as PLA, ABS, resin, and other materials based on project requirements.
- Monitor printing processes and resolve issues such as warping, misprints, and printer jams.
- Perform regular printer maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Support prototype development and product testing.
- Perform post-processing activities such as cleaning, sanding, painting, and assembly.
- Collaborate with design, engineering,



and R&D; teams to solve design and printing challenges.
- Maintain material and spare-parts inventory.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Suggest improvements to printing processes, efficiency, and quality.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1+ years of skilled experience in 3D printing.
- Hands-on experience with FDM, SLA, SLS, or similar 3D printing technologies.
- Strong knowledge of 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or Blender.
- Good understanding of 3D printing materials including PLA, ABS, and resin.
- Experience with 3D model preparation and post-processing techniques.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical work experience may also be considered.
