- Supervise daily hospital operations and department coordination
- Develop and implement hospital policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with NABH/NABL and other healthcare regulations
- Monitor hospital performance, quality standards, and patient satisfaction
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control
- Oversee billing, insurance coordination, and revenue cycle management
- Supervise recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff
- Coordinate with medical staff to improve service delivery
- Handle vendor management and procurement processes
- Maintain facility management, safety, and infrastructure standards
- Resolve patient grievances and operational issues
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management
- Plan strategic growth and expansion initiatives
- Need to visit doctors and conduct camp every month
- Give finance and treatment counselling to patients
Qualifications:
- MBA / MHA (Master in Hospital Administration) or Any Bachelor's Degree is Preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in hospital administration
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Leadership and team management skills
