Location: Sriperumbudur
CTC: ₹3.84 LPA
Qualification: BE (Mech +Electronic) + MBA /MSW

- Work as an OD Consultant at the client location.
- Support and implement HR/OD projects.
- Interact with employees and project teams.
- Conduct training and employee engagement activities.
- Support HR process and system implementation.
- Plan and execute day-to-day project activities.
- Prepare project documentation, reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Support the project leader/mentor in project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Required Skills

- Excellent English communication skills – Mandatory
- Transparent and confident verbal and written communication.
- Good interpersonal and people-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Good teamwork and project management skills.
- Good presentation and documentation skills.
- Multilingual skills are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹384,000.00 per month
