- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote financial products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions through effective communication.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, call volume, and average order value.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales industry.
- Solid skills in outbound calling, telecalling, and telemarketing techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity targets.
