*Job Description - Pre-Launch Department*
Experience: 4- 10 Years
Qualification: UG/PG
*Key Responsibilities:*

- Coordinate with internal teams including Land, Product, Commercial, Liaison, and Legal
- Organize and participate in Management meetings
- Support preparation and finalization of approval drawings
- Coordinate with the Legal team for documentation and closure
- Follow up with the Liaison team to expedite approvals up to RERA registration
- Track approval status and ensure timely submissions to authorities
- Work towards company targets and support achieving project milestones within the defined timelines

Required Skills:*

- Strong knowledge in Land Acquisition.

- Solid knowledge of approval processes

- Good understanding of statutory approvals and compliance

- Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills

- Ability to work under target-driven timelines

- Proficiency in AutoCAD
