Role & responsibilities

- Lead JIRA ITSM and ServiceNow eBonding implementation, integration, and support.
- Design and manage integrations between JIRA, ServiceNow, and other ITSM platforms.
- Handle end-to-end eBonding workflows, incident, request, problem, and change management integrations.
- Work with REST APIs and integration technologies to automate ITSM processes.
- Configure and troubleshoot JIRA Service Management and ServiceNow workflows.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cloud, and service management teams.
- Provide technical leadership for ITSM integration projects and production issues.
- Monitor integration health, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolution.




- Support Azure cloud environments and work with Azure engineering teams on integration requirements.
- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure ITIL best practices and enterprise service management standards are followed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution and service improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with solid experience in JIRA ITSM + ServiceNow eBonding + Azure engineering and enterprise-level ITSM integration projects are preferred.
