- Prepare RA Bills, Client & Subcontractor Bills.
- Check BOQ, measurements & quantities.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and reconciliation.
- Verify work as per drawings and site conditions.
- Coordinate with site and project teams.
- Maintain billing records and documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4 to 7 years experience in construction billing.
- Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, AutoCAD & MS Excel.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in Mivan/high-rise projects preferred.
