Position

Inter CA / Inter CS Finance, Accounts & Compliance

Experience

2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, Taxation, Audit, or Corporate Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance activities.
- Assist in preparation and review of monthly MIS, financial statements, schedules, and management reports.
- Handle and coordinate GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Assist in internal, statutory, tax, and management audits, including preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Review accounting entries, reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, tax professionals, and statutory authorities as required.
- Support ROC/MCA filings, corporate compliance, and secretarial matters for Inter CS candidates.
- Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of compliance activities.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, variance analysis, and financial planning.




- Review vendor/customer balances and support accounts receivable and payable reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Identify process gaps and support improvements in finance and compliance processes.
- Perform any other finance, accounting, audit, or compliance responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualification

- CA Inter / CMA Inter / CS Inter from a recognized institute.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit, and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Positive analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
