We are looking for an experienced SAP Customer Service (SAP CS) Consultant with 34 years of hands-on experience in SAP CS / Service Management.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Inhouse Repair, Field Service, Service Order Management, Contracts, Equipment and Serial Number Management, Warranty Management, Resource-Related Billing, KIT Management, Stock Reconciliation, and Returns.

The role involves supporting end-to-end service processes, troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting enhancements and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support SAP CS processes including Inhouse Repair, Field Service, Service Order Management, Contracts, Resource-Related Billing, and Warranty Management.
- Resolve issues related to Equipment, Serial Numbers, Installed Base, Notifications, Service Orders, SMQ1 errors, and service transactions.
- Handle stock reconciliation and inventory-related issues.
- Manage Initial Orders, Extended Orders, Loan Orders, and Reservations.
- Manage KIT lifecycle activities, including Rotating KIT material issues, KIT postings, and KIT returns from customers to warehouses.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Business teams for order fulfillment and returns processing.
- Perform root cause analysis for service and integration issues.
- Support SAP enhancements, functional testing, integration testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot interface issues and monitor SMQ1 queues.
- Support repair processing and related integrations.
- Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and documentation as required.

Required Skills

- 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Customer Service / SAP CS / Service Management.
- Strong experience in Service Order Management.
- Knowledge of Contracts, Equipment Master, Serial Number Management, Warranty Management,



and Resource-Related Billing.
- Experience with Returns and Repair Processing.
- Good understanding of KIT Management, Stock Movements, Reservations, and Loan Orders.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional integration with SAP MM, SD, and FI.
- Valuable knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle and its integration with service processes.
- Experience in SMQ1 monitoring and interface troubleshooting.
- Exposure to field service applications such as SAP FSM or ServiceMax.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- SAP CS certification.
- Experience in the Medical Devices / Healthcare domain.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
