Primary Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales objectives for the Soft Tissue Implants portfolio, including sutures and hernia solutions, through effective territory planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, nursing teams, hospital administrators, and purchasing stakeholders within assigned accounts.
- Provide clinical support and surgical case coverage, including product demonstrations, therapy education, and procedural support as required.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts and drive conversion of competitive accounts across the territory.
- Deliver product and therapy training programmes for new and existing healthcare facilities to support secure and effective product use.
- Execute territory business plans, monitor sales performance, and maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements, account development activities, and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, quality standards, customer engagement requirements, and healthcare industry regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Pharmacy and 4+ years of medical device, healthcare,
pharmaceutical, or related sales experience.
- Experience managing hospital-based accounts and engaging with healthcare professionals to drive product adoption and account growth.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets within an assigned territory.
- Ability to travel approximately 30-40% within the assigned Mumbai territory and provide on-site customer and clinical support.
- Ability to conduct product presentations, customer education sessions, and clinical discussions with healthcare stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting surgeons and clinical teams in the operating room during surgical procedures.
- Knowledge of soft tissue repair products, implantable devices, hernia repair solutions, sutures, biologics, or related surgical technologies.
- Experience providing procedural support, case coverage, and clinical training within a hospital environment.
- Understanding of hospital procurement processes, product evaluations, tender processes, and value analysis pathways.
- Experience identifying and developing referral networks and high-value healthcare accounts within the assigned territory.
