Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors / Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Supply Chain Management (MBA in Supply Chain/Operations preferred).





1216+ years of progressive experience in strategic procurement and global sourcing within the Pharmaceutical, Fine Chemicals, or Specialty Chemicals industries.

Proven track record of managing large-scale annual chemical procurement spend, complex global market drivers, and commodity cycles.

Deep category expertise in bulk raw materials, active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), solvents, and hazardous chemical sourcing.

Master-level expertise in complex commercial negotiations, long-term contract structuring, and index-based pricing formulas.
