Role & responsibilities

Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and regulatory timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components, especially those requiring validated suppliers.
- Plan manpower and machine utilization to meet production targets while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Monitoring & Control

- Track production progress against schedules and adjust plans to meet delivery commitments.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 13485 and FDA QSR requirements during production planning.
- Maintain accurate records of production data for audits and regulatory inspections.

Coordination





- Liaise with quality assurance and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with medical device standards.
- Collaborate with logistics for timely dispatch of finished goods, ensuring proper documentation for traceability.
- Work closely with maintenance and EHS teams to minimize downtime and ensure protected operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: - Bachelors degree in engineering, Production Management, or related field.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and production scheduling tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and CE marking requirements.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with focus on compliance.
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
